How does it cheat its players?

A risk site that cheats the players is ridiculous!! Its not like online poker where they rip off people for cash... How many games lost to deceptive connections and lock ups at crucial moments in the game I cant say but its a good few,,,, Going to 'Wargear' which never cheats its players....even if they don't subscribe!!
