new players and flash

It happens pretty often that a game starts and the new player goes awol.
I presume this has to do with flash. The site misses out on a lot of new players this way.
Might be good to have some extra information about flash and how to make it work during sign up.

How will MC work after inactivation of Flash next year? Is it like it is in Beta? Or did 'we' find a better solution?

I'm also still forgetting to mark games as 'Do activate Flash' as it has to be done every time opening a board.
